Ariella Chezar departed from her usual compote class this past June and instead gave us a plethora of branches, vines and locally sourced flowers. She used: Russian olive, Monkshood (Aconitum), Forsythia branches, Akebia vine, Pea vine, miniature Gladiola, Hydrangea, Queen Anne’s Lace and Lily Longiflorum. It was a large class with impressive arrangements from everyone. We managed to capture all the students’ designs and put their names behind them on our blackboard. A true welcome to summer!
