FOUNDER & LEAD DESIGNER of EAST OLIVIA

A visual storyteller with a passion for genuine connection, Kelsea Olivia, is a NYC-based, California-born, wild-hearted entrepreneur. Motivated by her lifelong dream to create beauty in the world, Kelsea and her women-led boutique creative agency, East Olivia, harness their talents to conceive, design and build one-of-a-kind floral works.

Through ephemeral beauty in blooms, Kelsea fosters an intimate bond between the viewer and the work, creating tangible experiences for clients. Under Kelsea's leadership, East Olivia executes impactful works of art and advertising that once viewed are not easily forgotten.

Kelsea’s foundation of empowerment, self-connection and collaborative growth defines the atmosphere of ease and beauty that is evident in all EO creates. You can often find her before sunrise, in the local flower market with her beloved French Bulldog, Henri. There, she will select fresh blooms for a bespoke floral arrangement inspired by someone that has positively influenced her or perhaps for a backyard tablescape enjoyed by friends and family come sunset

Master Classes at FlowerSchool New York are immersive studio experiences designed for students at all levels — from beginners eager to deepen their skills to established florists looking to learn directly from a leading floral design expert.

Each Master Class offers a rare opportunity to step inside the creative process of a celebrated designer. Students will create a refined, seasonal arrangement guided by the instructor’s signature style, with a focus on spring’s most beautiful blooms, thoughtful mechanics, and intentional design choices.

These classes are about more than technique — they’re about perspective, process, and inspiration. Whether you’re new to florals or years into your practice, you’ll leave with fresh insight, practical takeaways, and a beautiful design to take home.

Students will:

 🪷 learn expert techniques, tips, and design philosophies from a guest designer

 🪻 work with premium, seasonal spring blooms selected by the instructor

 💐 create a thoughtfully scaled arrangement inspired by the designer’s aesthetic

 🛍️ take home their finished piece, packaged for easy transport
