Refund & Cancellation Policy
Flowers are one of the most perishable items available and our refund & cancellation policy is reflective of that.

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made seven (7) business days or more before the program start date.

  • Cancellations made six (6) business days or fewer before the start date are eligible for class credit only.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the program start date.

 

There are NO REFUNDS for the Open Studio Box once ordered. All refunds, if awarded, are subject to a 20% Credit Card and Management Fee. This includes gift cards.

 


Personal Policy
FlowerSchool is a safe space for all to feel welcome. We have a zero tolerance policy for harassment and discriminatory behavior of any kind. Anyone deemed in violation of these policies will be removed immediately. 

 


Sustainability Policy
At FlowerSchool, we are committed to sustainability and reducing waste. To support this effort, our space is a single-use plastic-free environment. This includes all plastic cups, balloons, serving containers, plastic plates, etc. All decor items must be compostable. If single use plastic items are brought into the space, the client will be charged a $250 fee.

 


Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site, though we will not sell your personal information to anyone.

 


Security Policy
We are an Authorize.net Verified Merchant. Be assured that your payment and personal information is always safe. Our SSL software is the industry standard and encrypts all your information so it cannot be read over the internet.

 


Flower Box Shipping Disclaimer & Refund Policy
All Flower Boxes are shipped directly from Holland to New York, then redirected via Fed-Ex to your home. We are not responsible for any delays or damages. Flights from Holland have been reduced, as have all domestic shipments, causing a greater chance of delays. We appreciate your understanding on the matter. We and our wholesalers are doing our best to get you your box as fast as possible! When it is available, we will send along the Fed-Ex tracking number for your reference as well There are NO refunds for a FlowerSchool Flower Box once ordered.
