About the event
Sympathy Flowers are an important part of sharing love through flowers. In this class students learn the "Art of Sympathy Flowers" by learning about all of the different events that might arise, how to discuss this sensitive topic respectfully while still being able to create a memorable moment that helps work through the stages of planning and comfort the bereaved. Forming this connection is pivotal.
Students will learn to:
- Work with customers who need this service
- Determine the correct message to send with flowers
- How to make a classic, wire and form, wreath. - This wreath can be used for centerpiece, for holidays or to decorate for a funeral ceremony
- How to make a huge casket spray or floor piece that has a variety of uses for all types of events, not just funerals.
