Our menu will feature five courses crafted by Michelin-Trained Chef Angus McIntosh as well as a full-service open bar of signature cocktails and sustainable wines. The Botanical Table is designed to highlight the harmony between flowers and cuisine, creating a truly immersive sensory experience.

ABOUT THE CHEF: "Chef Angus boasts an impressive career that includes earning his American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef credential in 2014 and extensive time at The French Laundry. His education at the Culinary Institute of America and the Greenbrier Hotel Apprenticeship laid the foundation for his diverse experiences. from cooking for Rod Stewart and Cyndi Lauper's North American Tour to representing Krug Champagne in India. His global culinary adventures include Wagyu breeding research in Japan and competing in the Bocuse d'Or American Finals in Napa Valley in 2023. Angus previous roles include UHNW full-time positions in New York City and as Executive Chef at The Farm at Brush Creek Ranch in Wyoming, where he developed a farm-raised Wagyu beef program and oversaw the creation of a unique culinary facility.
